The Power of an Inspiring Beginning

How do you begin your day? With a coffee? With family? With meditation? Or a walk?

I begin my day with a short meditation and an inspirational message, followed by a coffee with my husband. We talk about mundane things, such as what we have planned for the day.

The meditation helps me quiet my mind to begin the day. The inspirational message helps me set an inspirational intent for my day, even if it’s going to be what I do most days. And that time with my husband is heart-warming.

Every day.

Even if some outrage or other happens, I have that as a beginning. Every day.
