Ready for a New Beginning? Embracing the Next Chapter of Your Life

What do you do when your spouse decides to leave? Or when you find yourself needing to learn to live without the one you can’t live without? Or when your business partner suddenly turns on you and demands a change you can’t agree to?

These are a few instances of major life changes that are visited on us many times over, and that we didn’t initiate. We didn’t want them to happen, yet discover we have little say when they do happen. The only say we have is in how we deal with them.

Sometimes there’s support – from the community, from tradition, from family and friends. Often, even if our loved ones want to help us, they can’t. Often, if feels so unfair.

And yet, it’s these major shifts in life that are opportunities for incredible growth. I don’t mean to minimize the pain such changes incur. Sometimes, that pain is all-consuming and takes a long time to process. Having said that, if you’re able to stay with this process of huge change, it’s the only time we get that launches us onto our next life journey.

Are you ready for that next journey?
