    Hi! I’m Maryanne Nicholls!

    I’ll be your program guide!

    I am a Registered Psychotherapist (RP), a certified Martha Beck Life Coach, and I hold certifications in EMDR, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Brainspotting, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Trauma & Attachment Psychotherapy.

    My world view is informed by a spiritual practice that is earth-based, and holistic. 

    I’m excited to lead you on a compassionate path to balance.
